You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. i1rm will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own disclosure of login information to third parties. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Platform Usage Rules and User Conduct
Users agree to use the i1rm platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where necessary:

- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or sabotage the platform's systems, servers, or networks.

- Engaging in any form of fraud, including account manipulation, identity falsification, or misuse of the bonus system.
- Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.
- Sharing or reselling account access to any third party.
I1rm reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including immediate account freezing, withholding of account balances during an ongoing investigation, and reporting illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Information
All financial transactions on the i1rm platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include DuitNow Transfer, internet banking via FPX, and approved local digital wallets. i1rm does not accept payments in foreign currencies and does not bear any currency conversion charges.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance. i1rm is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. For any issues with an unsuccessful deposit, users must contact our support team within 24 hours.
Withdrawals are subject to an identity verification process that may require supporting documents to be submitted. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the current payment policy. i1rm reserves the right to delay withdrawals if there are signs of fraudulent activity or if the account is under investigation.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account details are accurate and held in their own name. i1rm will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

I1rm provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by law, i1rm is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of funds due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
I1rm reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, multiple account usage, false registration information, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users whose accounts are suspended will be notified via their registered email, except in cases where such notification could compromise an ongoing investigation.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the i1rm platform are the exclusive property of i1rm or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from i1rm.
Third-Party Links
The i1rm platform may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. i1rm has no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or harm arising from your use of them.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
I1rm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the terms currently in force.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and may contact our support team to close your account.
